Product Satisfaction Guarantee™

We guarantee that your products will arrive in perfect condition. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, we’ll replace the product at no cost to you. Our Product Satisfaction Guarantee covers any issues with your products during this period. To take advantage of this guarantee, please contact us via phone, chat, or email with your order details, and our team will review your concerns and provide a one-time replacement if necessary.

Please ensure that you follow the care and installation instructions provided with your product. Failure to do so may void the guarantee.

Optional Purchased 1-Year Extended Warranty

For added peace of mind, we offer a one-year, one-time replacement warranty (shipping costs not included) available at checkout. To activate the warranty, please provide a photo demonstrating the defect or issue with your product. Upon verification, we will issue a store credit for a replacement product.

Please note: Refunds are not available for warranty activations. Replacement shipping costs and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Products damaged due to improper use or installation are not covered under this warranty.

Cancelling an Order

Once you complete the checkout process, we begin processing your order immediately, and your credit card will be charged at that time. Due to the swift processing and shipping of our products, cancellations and changes must be made within four hours of placing your order. After this period, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

If you need to cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after processing but before shipping may incur a 25% restocking fee. Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our control and cannot be canceled.
