After receiving the item, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. In most cases, a photo can help resolve the issue quickly. Please send a photo of the product along with your order number to [email protected]. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any issues caused by severe weather, improper maintenance, unforeseen natural events, or failure to follow our recommended guidelines for using our items.
Return Conditions
We accept returns for new, unused products that are still in their original packaging or if the product is defective. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may also return the item provided it remains intact and undamaged.
Please note that all sales are final for certain products. However, we are committed to reviewing each case individually to offer the best support possible and ensure your satisfaction.
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. If your product arrives damaged or does not function as expected, please send a photo of the item along with your order number to [email protected] within 30 days of receipt. We will promptly process your return and issue a refund or replacement as necessary to ensure your satisfaction. Be sure to include your order number, product description, and your shipping name and address.

Shipping/Delivery Policy
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS). Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
